Switch in
a weekend.

Bring the export as it is. Notes, duplicates, half-filled fields and all. Most firms are running before Monday, and nobody spends the weekend tidying a spreadsheet first.

Friday: drop in
whatever you have.

A CSV export, a stack of PDFs, decks, memos, a half-finished sheet. Drop the files in and the agent reads them, then does what you tell it to in plain words: build the companies, pull the round size out of the deck, put the founders on the right record.

It shows you the records it intends to create before anything is saved. Saturday: connect the team's Gmail and calendars. Monday: the rest of the team opens it and the pipeline is already there.

The old system stays on
until you say otherwise.

No cut-over weekend, no read-only period, no consultant in the room. Keep paying for the old one until the firm has moved across, then stop.

From Partnership upwards we sit on the call and do the migration with you.

Questions about
the move.

Do we have to clean the export first?
No, and we would rather you did not. Cleaning a file by hand is how a migration becomes a project. Send it as it is and fix what matters once you can see it in context.
What if two people kept separate lists?
Send both. AnalystX merges the duplicates and keeps both sets of notes, so nobody loses the version they trusted.
How long is the downtime?
None. Keep using the old system until the partnership has moved over.
Who does the work?
Import handles the file on every plan. From Partnership upwards we do the migration with you.
